Our morning begins among picturesque olive groves, where you will discover how an award-winning Andalusian EVOO—extra virgin olive oil—is created. Learn how modern production methods transform the humble olive into the liquid gold that has shaped Mediterranean cuisine for thousands of years.
Next, enjoy a guided tasting of different extra virgin olive oils, each with its own aroma, flavour and character. The tasting is followed by an authentic Spanish breakfast in which local olive oil takes centre stage.
We return to the Vera and Mojácar area along a scenic coastal route, enjoying dramatic views and glimpses of the region’s fascinating history along the way.
